one flower
does not need the whole world

we know how to increase reach.I suggest starting with a different question

how do we meet someone who already wants this product?

You create a product — and immediately look for the right way to sell it.

Audience. Funnel. Packaging. Reach.

You have yet to learn who needs it, or why. But someone else’s experience is already shaping what it should become.

before the real
question, we already have a playbook

a beautifully packaged cliché is still a cliché.

When a tool becomes the only way to think, it becomes a frame.

Thousands might buy it. Only one person will own it.

I am interested in the person who needs it now.

say I have
one flower.

City outline and districtsThe outline of Moscow is simplified from the reference image. Districts and people are schematic. Points are grouped by district and change with the selected options.

Imagine a flower and the people who might need it.

Many people like flowers. Liking them does not mean someone is looking for one.

“Looking for one white flower. I want to give it tonight.”

This person is looking for exactly this flower. Time and place align. Now we can talk.

“might buy” and “is looking” are different states.

My hypothesis: sometimes matching an existing need with an offer is more useful than increasing reach.

Understand what someone needs. Check the conditions. Help both sides find each other at the right time.

what if we start with what someone is already looking for?

intent does not guarantee an encounter. an encounter does not guarantee a sale.

Someone may change their mind. The conditions may not work. Demand may not exist.

A limited scope is not a damn verdict. What matters is seeing where the idea works, and where it ends.

I study how people find what they need and what keeps them from encountering a product.

I start with a real problem. Test familiar answers. Look for another way.

I rethink how people and products connect.

If the familiar answer has stopped working, let’s look at the problem together.

what does your product treat as inevitable?
